Bit fiddly but great when out and about, 12 Feb. 2009

Once you've got the knack to filling these they are great. You can just pop them into your bag instead of carrying a bulky 3 scoop dispenser when you're only out for one feed. They fit inside closer to nature bottles but I sometimes found that a tiny bit of water got into the dispenser which hardened to the side so you didn't get the full amount of formula (not very much is lost), so I tended to keep them out of the bottle, unless we were going on a long trip in which case I did as it was space saving).They are great for travelling and very quick to use when you have a crying hungry bubba. I hated pre-making bottles in case I ended up not using it so I found these perfect. Only four stars as they are a little fiddly once the powder is in! Here are some tips:Tap the dispenser every few scoops to get rid of excess air and gently put the cap on with your thumbs evenly, pushing fast will result in a cloud of formula over the kitchen!!

Useful as a small pot for milk powder, 17 Oct. 2012

I never used these pots inside the bottles, but have found them useful to carry with me as they just fit 6 scoops of formula in. I also use them to mix up feeds for over night when I can't count! I'm not sure what will happen when I need to go up to 7 scoops though - may not be so useful for older babies.The notes other reviewers have made about sterilisation are true - impossible to actually keep these sterile as you need them to be dry to put formula in. We dry them with kitchen paper. But, formula isn't sterile in the tin either, so I guess we are just being as hygenic as possible.

When we're going out we don't have to carry a whole tub of milk powder around for starters. We do keep ours in a ziplock bag, just in case there was a spill but despite using them for about 10...
