Appalling Customer service, 20 May 2014

I ordered this product for a friends birthday, after seeing the amazing price this company where offering it seemed too good to be true... and so it was. I ordered the Carolina Herrera 212 VIP perfume 50ml, but when i received the item i was only delivered the 30ml in a dented box. When i got back to the company the customer service was appalling. They made no effort to solve the issue when it was entirely their fault. The fact i had paid for a 50ML sized product and only received a 30ML was extremely inconvenient, i did express to the company that i had needed it for a friends birthday, but they showed no effort to resolve the issue. When finally contacting me back they instructed me to their returns page which is both long winded and appalling and i would have been left with no gift to give my friend. I thought that shopping online was a quick and easy method but it was entirely the opposite and i shall never bother buying from this company again and i strongly recommend that...

This is my Wife's favourite perfume, she adores it!Carolina Herrera 212 VIP is one of the most beautiful scents I have smelt in my life. I just love it on my wife and she loves me to buy it for her.The packaging is quality, the container is solid with a magnetic cap and the perfume is brilliant; this product is not cheap but it is worth the money for 80ml).I hope this helped you.

This is a good quality perfume. Lasts the whole day and not too over powering. Lasting effect of subtle sweet vanilla. The expensive looking golden capsule sits very proudly on my dressing table!
