Appalling quality. I bought this for my daughter who has a pelvic disorder in pregnancy. I ordered an xl for post delivery. The size is way out. It's too small for me and I'm a size 10. Don't waste your money.

This is ridiculously hard to get on and small and no instructions and too lumpy to wear out but when you get it on it does feel like it's working so great if you just wear it round the house
