I absolutely love wooden toys, I think it's because I grew up during the times that wooden toys were more common. Wooden toys always look better and feel a bit more luxury and quality compared to plastic toys.
This wooden shape stacking set comes well packed, it features 4 different shapes, Circle / Triangle / Square and Rectangle, each of these shapes have holes within them, all with a different amount, each shape comes with 3 pieces of different shades. They only stack in their relevant place so the child can't just aimlessly stack them how they like. The boards that hold the stacked shapes can be linked to each other, or taken apart independently. Quality of the wood is brilliant, there's no sharp edges, nor are there any splits etc in the wood, everything is sanded/painted smooth so there's not much chance for splinters occurring which is great.
Overall, it's a brilliant learning toy, and it looks brilliant too!
