when removed from packing it felt very hard and was creased,i washed it thinking it would soften up but it did not. i tried it on my bed that night but had to remove it during the early hours as to uncomfortable to sleep.As i had washed it decided not to send it back.At the moment its covering some plants in the greenhouse!!!.

A little disappointed with purchase. Probably would not have bought it if seen in a store beforehand. The quilt is not luxurious. The wires are thicker than I would have expected. I have had to buy a further sheet to cover over to reduce impact of wires on the body. The heating control is clunky and old fashioned. . Worst of all, the socket connector is badly located. It should have been positioned further up the bed away from the shoulder. I kept rubbing against it. I have had to turn it round so that the connector is nearer the bottom of the bed, but in doing so, the controls are not to hand, so I have to get out of bed to switch it off/on. . At least it does heat the bed. It does fit snugly on the mattress. Would not buy another.
