Works very well, Good night vision camera, excellent value, 15 July 2017

Excellent for the money. The camera and the handheld unit connect over a 2.4GHz bluetooth-like system. It not actually being Bluetooth itself means no one else is going to pick up your baby's camera signal on their smart phone!

Pro's:

* Wide angle camera lens, so you do not need to be so accurate in keeping it pointed at the cot.

* Night light on top of the camera can be turned on/off remotely from the monitor unit.

* The infra-red works very well when the room is dark, 7 of the LEDs around the camera give off the invisible IR light (you can see the LEDs shining red a little, but not enough to light up the room at all).

* It comes already paired, there have been no issues at all with the devices communicating with each other.

Con's:

* Resolution of the camera is only 720x480, but this is good enough to see somebody moving and what state they are in.

* General build quality is not quite as perfect as the more expensive...

Brilliant gadget!, 27 May 2018

Brilliant gadget! ... easy to use plug in and play ... could not be easier. Handset has good sized and quality screen easily seeing images from camera. Sound quality good with two way speaking a breeze even for non-techy people.Camera light but easy to move and adjust angle to view what is wanted ... under base has a section that will fit over a screw head so could easily be 'wall' mounted.Only used in daytime as not wanted at night so cannot comment about Black&White 'night vision ... does just what I want so perfect for me ...Thoroughly recommend

I really like this baby monitor, 28 Oct. 2017

I really like this baby monitor. The picture and sound are clear. The range is very well even I am in kitchen. It is super easy to install and use.I am impressed with the speed that this monitor changes from light mode camera to night mode camera.Great value for money.
