ALL BROKEN WITHIN ONE DOOR CLOSURE, 18 May 2013

Was really happy to find a nice product to keep the little one's hands safe now he is crawling. We put these on the doors around our flat and each door that was actually closed on them (closed NOT slammed) broke them immediately. Our doors are 4-5cm deep so reasonably thick certainly not greatly so and the product is advertised as fitting every door. This kind of product really makes you lose faith in online shopping as I don't care about the few pounds wasted but the hassle of finding something all over again. Particularly disappointing considering it is a child safety product and although I'm not claiming my child will now come to any harm it is an enormously poor reflection upon the seller to dispatch such an item. I have informed the seller also but am really pretty angry about this one. Please avoid unless you have quite thin and light doors otherwise send me your money and I'll knock up some rubbish for you to prop your doors open.

OK but give off a REALLY strong odour, 21 July 2014

Good as a door stopper but boy could you get high of the fumes these bad boys give off! We aired ours outside for a week and they no longer smell as potent. But with the design attractive to children, along with it being a safety device would not have expected it to 'gas-off' so badly, even though they're cheap. No CE or Kite mark should have been a give away. Just don't let your precious little ones get them near their mouths. Contemplating just chucking them!

I got what I paid for, 14 July 2014

I know they were cheap, but really expected them to last more than half an hour! Other brands of these lasted a couple of months but not these.
