I work with young children as an early years educator and I also have my own two boys. I buy these every Christmas as a stocking filler. The best way to use them is to save a variety of empty plastic bottles for the bath and give your children a colour to put in each one. My children set up potion shops and use a little plastic tea set to sell me a variety of drinks using the bubbles from their bubble bath as foam on the cappuccinos etc... They learn about capacity through the different sized bottles. They talk about full, empty, half full etc... They use the vocabulary of money, how much they will charge me for their products. When they think of names for drinks or a shop title they are using their imagination. Also they enjoy experimenting by mixing the different colours in the bottles. If you are buying this product to change the colour of the bath, you will probably be disappointed as they are only quite faint in large volumes of water. They work well, my son loved them; not sure if I'd pay £29 though, 11 Nov. 2015
I was about to re-order these when I realised I hadn't left a review.They coloured the water without leaving any residual staining on child, bath or toys.My son was 4 last Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed them; he recently reminded me of them and how he'd be happy to have them again this year for a present.I paid £8 for a small number of the tablets & my only cautionary remark was going to be about how quickly they were used up.I see that the offering by this company has now morphed into a £29 product with 30 tablets. I'm unsure if I'd pay that much for a novelty bath colouring, but if you have the money and your only question is "Do they work?" then I can confirm they do & my son loved them

3 tints are enough to make the bath water colored. We combine different colors to get different shades. It looks good, it doesn't stain the bath or my daughter's fingers when she holds it.
