I suffer from Arachnoiditis and for those that know about the debilitating disease will understand just how painful it is. My wife massages this Gel into my legs and it seems to stun the nerves and I can walk again 5 minutes later. Do as it says on the tube and keep it in the fridge. Bit of a shock when it's first applied but that soon goes off once the nerves are stunned. Brilliant product for me anyway !!!!!!
