Great for mild pain relief but no so good for chronic pain, 4 Feb. 2016

I can honestly say that I've never used magnesium oil before so this was a whole new experience for me. I suffer quite badly with chronic pain in my knee and lower leg following a bad accident a while back. Prescription pain killers take the edge off slightly but they're nowhere near strong enough to eradicate all of the pain, especially when the weather gets colder. I particularly like the Art Naturals range because of their cruelty free policy so when I saw the magnesium oil and read through the reviews, I decided to give it a try in the hope it might ease the pain a little. I won't deny, I was a bit sceptical, purely because of the list of conditions which it claims to be beneficial for - I mean, how can one product be used for so many ailments? It is itchy- not ideal unless you are using it for pain relief benefits, 2 Feb. 2016

I have been reading about magnesium oil- which apparently is not an oil at all. It is instead magnesium chloride, with other minerals- which when put it on your skin it looks and feels a bit oily. Most people have magnesium deficit- the way to counter this is not orally but by applying it to the skin. I have read that benefits include: "better sleep quality, calms stress, boosts energy level, strengthens immune system, hydrates and strengthens skin,helps proper muscle function, relieves aches, pains, spasms, improves bone strength, required for protection and recovery from arthritis. "

I have applied this as a deodorant- and it does work in the sense that I do not smell after a day. However I still feel the wet feeling under my arms and I miss the deodorant smell. I will therefore restart using my usual anti tarsnperant deodorant.

Multipurpose miracle worker, 1 Feb. 2016

I suffer from fibromyalgia; osteoarthritis in my neck, back, and knees; and migraines. This oil is a fantastic product for all of these ailments.

In the mornings, I am usually very stiff and unable to get out of bed. My boyfriend rubs this oil into my back and knees, it then doesn't take long at all until I am moving. I also find that my pain levels are lower too. We repeat the process when I go to bed, which helps with my pain levels. This means that I get much better quality sleep.

I have only had one migraine since receiving this oil, but instead of taking one of my tablets as soon as I had the first symptoms, I rubbed some of this oil in. I was amazed that the pain went completely and didn't reappear for a few hours. I would have used the oil again at this point, but I was out and about at the time so had to take one of my prescribed tablets.
