I use this cream as I find it helpful for very dry skin. I have been buying the smaller tube from my local chemist and I was delighted when I found amazon stocked the larger size for just a few pence extra. I find the cream is excellent for eczema, it just seems to stop a flare up dead, calming itchiness and redness almost immediately. My husband has very dry skin on his legs and he uses it too and he loves the way it is absorbed into the skin without leaving a greasy residue. The pump dispenser also makes it easier to use - I hate hunting under furniture for a dropped screw top.

I got prescribed this cream by my GP for extremely dry skin on my T-zone, around my nose, upper lip and chin, there are loads of side affects to Steroid Creams as well as it not actually going away permanently. So he though it best to give me Aveeno!It's amazing! Basically I used hair removal cream while on holiday on my mono brow area and upper lip hair I then went in a very chlorinated pool soon after and didn't realise that it had been really red and rashy the whole day till i got out and it dried up. The 'rash' of dry skin then spread partially onto my cheeks and was basically on the whole middle of my face! I've tried (in order) Coco Butter, Nivia, Bio Oil, Aloe Vera Gel, Simple and finally E45 (which worked well but for only a span of 4 hours before dryness returned). My skin was very cracky and Aveeno doesn't require constant aplication only once or twice a day.

I chose this cream because my dad swears by it I got a 100ml which cost me 6.50 so when I saw this one and its price I hed to have it it is really good cream
