I saw this toy in a hamlets toy store and was pleased to see that Amazon prime stick it with quick Delivery. Toy arrived well packaged but unfortunately the music and lights don't always come one. You have to switch toy on and off and on some occasions the song will play, not in others! After 1 month's of use by my 9 month girl the lights/song hardly ever switch on and when they do they stop after two seconds without finishing the song. It's very disappointing but unfortunately as it's been 1 month there is no returning it even though the toy is so early faulty.
Other than the probability of being given a faulty toy, the toy is made of plastic with soft corners, the letters and numbers are difficult to place in the allocated spaces when toy is standing up, you have to tip to the side which is not always helpful with a baby. The actual telephone compartment is still attach however the little clear plastic 'door' came straight off. Not sure it was meant to come off. If I knew these...
