The Balneum range are the only products I found to give my 3 children the relief they needed from eczema. I have tried loads that it's a mammoth of a task to enumerate them all. I found Balneum plus the best at soothing itchy eczematous skin. Stops the itching fast, prevents the scratching thus prevents broken skin and infection. It is now our first line of defence against a flare up.
