They have foam wadding and a PUL lining covered in absorbent cotton terry, with softly elasticated legs. They are designed for just one accident and will help your toddler to realise when they are wet. (Please note - these are to help with potty training so not designed to hold multiple accidents). This new and improved PUL version is exactly the same design as the hugely popular original PEVA version, but without the rustling noise of the waterproof PEVA lining.
