Nice soft and fold-able travel cot mattress but does not come with a travel bag for storage., 24 Aug. 2014

This mattress fitted perfectly in to our Red Kite travel cot with no gaps and should fit into many standard hotel supplied travel cots we have encountered. The mattress has a removable cover which can be washed. The mattress is tri-fold (folded three times) and though its foot print is actually bigger than our travel cot when it is folded up!

This is a really handy addition to a travel cot as the standard mattress that comes with our travel cot is quite thin and hard and this soft addition met with approval from our little one. It is very useful for holidays or when the little one is staying away from home. However this model does not come with a travel bag to keep it clean.

Great Quality, 10 Sept. 2014

This mattress fits into our travel cot easily, which I was really pleased about due to the fact that I wanted to use it on top of the existing travel cot mattress. The reason I wanted to do this was so that I could use the sensor mat between the two layers, as my little one was born early and I have become accustomed to using a sensor mat to help allay my fears. Thankfully I was able to safely use the mat, due to the fact that the mattress fit the cot perfectly and didn't leave any gaps.

The ideal thing about this particular travel cot mattress is that the quilted cover can be taken off and washed. This is particularly important if you baby has reflux, or is prone to the occasional nappy leakage, as you can clean it nice and thoroughly at up to 60 degrees.

Fabulous, wonderful, comfortable, cosy mattresses, why wouldn't you buy one?, 17 Mar. 2015

After purchasing a different sized one of these for my own travel cot I didn't hesitate in what to purchase when Gran requested one for her travel cot too. We have twins and two cots are necessary for our travels, but the mattresses that come with the cots are about as cosy feeling as a bed of nails. The travel bag is a perfect addition to keep the mattress clean when packing the car/roofbox. It's lightweight, as compact as it can get without misshaping it and uber comfortable for our 5 month olds. When not being used for travel purposes I use the two I bought as our cot bed mattress toppers. They've never not wanted to sleep in their own cots using these!

A slight niggle with our purchase meant that the carry bag wasn't enclosed when it arrived, however the bag was marked correctly so it was purely a stock error. Tom @ babiesfirst was marvellous and dealt with the problem professionally and without question. He sent the bag out express delivery that very day and it arrived...
