I chose to ignore the bad reviews about this product but please don't make my mistake.Tin looks excellent and instructions are quick and easy to follow however pressing a babies or small child's feet or hands into this is hard, and the output is very disappointing. You cant write a name either like it shows in the pic, not unless you're a pro.I would suggest getting a baby ink stamp pad instead to capture the size of hands and feet as a memory.

I wanted to get a gift for A first Mothers Day from our new little boy and an obvious choice was some sort of foot\hand casting. With the intended recipient being on maternity leave, a full on kit would have been impossible to use so when I found this it was a Eureka moment. It is so easy to use and very quick. I managed to get a cast of both feet during an early morning feed.

To use, you simply open the enclosed bag and kind of play with the contents fr a minute or two to make it more malleable, then using the enclosed rolling pin you spread it out in the tin so it is all nice and smooth. Easy. I then had to wait about 10 minutes for the boy to wake up before using it, but about 10 - 15 seconds of pushing his little foot in seemed to leave a nice imprint in the clay.

My only negative is that I was a little mislead by the picture on the advert. I mistakenly thought it was also a painted had print aswell, it is not, that is the packaging. I realise it says no...
