Draws mucus away but is soft enough not to hurt babies nose., 10 Oct. 2016

I have a three month old baby whose nose kept getting blocked up and it was affecting his breathing making feeding difficult. I tried nasal aspirators with my older son when he was a baby. One type where you suck through a tube which worked well but which I could never do as it made me feel sick so that job went to his daddy. The other nasal aspirator was one with a ball on the end which you squeeze and when you let go it sucks the air (and congestion) out. This method felt less gross but unfortunately didn't suck up very well.

I was concerned that this would be the same, however I'm quite pleased with the sucking power of this nasal aspirator.

The product came in a nice sturdy box with a picture of the product on the front. This made it look a premium product and would be a nice gift in a new baby pack for mums and mums to be.

The nasal aspirator also known as 'the sucker' in our house was made up of two parts made from a silicone material in baby blue colour.

Cleaning the nasal passages is only one step away from, cleaning up after someone has been sick, or changing a babies nappy. At least this has been made a bit easier.

Sticking cotton buds or anything for that matter, into a babies ears or nose is always dangerous. Using this device I need only poke it up to the edge of where the mucus is and let go of the bulb and it sucks everything inside. The unit is made from very soft and pliable latex free rubber, so no worries about harming the baby due to any sharp or stiff objects.

Being made from latex free rubber and that it breaks down into 2 halves, it is easily cleaned ready for reuse. As anything up the nose is likely to entice a sneeze or two, best have some tissues handy.

Although my own baby is nearly 13, he has never liked blowing his nose, he says it is gross. He doesn't mind using this device though and he actually cleans it himself! Far better than moaning at him every 5 seconds to blow his nose,...

I got this baby nasal aspirator well packed so it reached me in perfect condition.My baby use to have stuffed nose most of time and this aspirator helps me to get all the nasty bits.Easy to wash and clean.Well made product!I got this product at discounted price but thats not changing my opinion about it in any way. Its based on my own experience with the product and i like it alot.
