and so we were really interested to see what the differences between the One and We actually are as because as they are both suitable from newborn to three years old they seem very similar to each other.

The main difference between the two is that the One has 4 carrying positions (3 Front and 1 Back) and the WE has 3 carrying positions (2 Front and 1 Back). The 'missing' position on the WE is the Outward Facing Position which is where you are carrying your little one on your front and they are facing outwards with their back to you which has been both of my little ones favourite carrying position when in a baby carrier. This is an excellent baby carrier, which is suitable from newborn until age 3. You can have your newborn snuggled to your front, or carry a larger baby or toddler in the front or back position. I have not used a baby carrier for a while, but often have my little niece and nephew staying with me, as well as my niece’s little baby coming for a visit, and so have a pushchair which I use when out and about. However, my own children’s school is on a very busy road, with no safe crossing nearby where I park (making crossing the road with a pushchair very difficult), and so I thought I would give this carrier a try.

Unlike carrier’s that I have used before, the first thing I noticed about this was how easy it is to put on – the instruction booklet is clear, easy to understand and detailed, which makes life easier. We like baby carriers because they allow us to keep eye contact with our baby - you carry your baby high up on your chest. It is great that our baby daughter can look at us and us at her. Also, doctors recommend that babies' legs are held wide apart - this baby carrier is designed to do that.

This is very good quality (you get what you pay for). The padding is thick and the straps are all adjustable - it is comfortable in use.

The front section opens up so I can lift our baby out easily. This is particularly important when she has fallen asleep - there is no tight fit or awkward squeeze.

There are three carrying positions - two front and one back. The difference between the front positions is that one is for a newborn - it carries them higher up.

The back position is for older children (up to three years old). I have not tested that aspect yet because our baby is only 6 months old. Weight will no doubt become an issue. A man may be...
