This was bought as a gift for friends who recently became parents. It arrived in a smart plastic display box and was much less bulky than I'd expected it to be.
Suffice to say the recipients are delighted. They hadn't considered getting a sling - too busy buying everything else you need for a new arrival! - but really liked this one. It is brightly coloured without being garish and suitable for a boy or a girl. They also liked the fact that it could be used for quite some time, not just the first few months of their little son's life.
It's too soon to say if the sling lives up to all the claims about whether 'wearing' the baby in a sling results in less crying, better brain development (few years away from being able to test that theory!) and more sense of trust and security from the baby, but I gather it meets the claims of 'ideal for breastfeeding' and 'eases the strain on the parent's back'.

This wrap arrived in a clear self seal bag, inside of this is a soft, dark grey, branded, cotton, drawstring bag which contains the actual fabric for the wrap and instructions on how to use it on a sheet of paper. The fabric is a dark grey cotton, it is angled down at the ends to a rounded point, the fabric has a slight stretch in it and feels really soft against the skin. However it is really strong and it is fully stitched around the edges for extra strength and to stop fraying of the fabric. It has a branding label to show the middle
The instruction sheet shows step by step in words and images how to wrap and tie the fabric around your body to hold the weight of a small child and keeping your hands free. Once inside the child is safe and it's weight is distributed across the fabric, this it in turn makes the weight easier to carry...

I Love this Mo+m baby wrap. Once I received it I opened the package to find a pouch in which I found the wrap nicely tucked into the pouch. The pouch had Mo+m written on the front. The wrap is a very nice sturdy yet stretchable black fabric. As a seamstress myself I found the surging, the trim, to be well stitched and durable. Included in the package was a leaflet explaining how to use the wrap and I will get back to that in a moment. I was easily able to configure each wrap myself and once I had the baby in it I felt totally secure. Our babies safety is always a top concern and I would not trust just anything with his safety. I was quite surprised at how comfortable the hold on him was. The instruction leaflet was well written in English and easy to understand. Each hold and pattern is described and has pictures included which I appreciative. The first description is called the Hug Hold which is for a newborn baby. The second is called the Front Carry which is for once your child...
