Great product but received the wrong size. After arranging a refund I was informed I would not get the full cost refunded as the box was not included with the shoes when I returned them. Bear in mind this was not a normal shoes box, but a really cheap, unbranded, transparent, flimsy, plastic box. It also needed to be cut open to get to the product, so naturally it went in with the recycling.Overall, would have been happy with the shoes had they fit, but the level of customer service was truly abysmal. First and last time I deal with these amateurs

Beautiful looking vintage style shoe, soft for baby's feet. Inside does look cheap though.Also "box" is terrible plastic packaging thing that was crushed on arrival (even caused shoes to bend).

Gorgeous pram shoe, goes with a wide variety of boys outfits and looks super-smart. The Royal shoe shop couldn't provide them in the size we wanted (0) but Amazon could. Excellent buy makes a great gift.
