Great product but received the wrong size. After arranging a refund I was informed I would not get the full cost refunded as the box was not included with the shoes when I returned them. Bear in mind this was not a normal shoes box, but a really cheap, unbranded, transparent, flimsy, plastic box. It also needed to be cut open to get to the product, so naturally it went in with the recycling.Overall, would have been happy with the shoes had they fit, but the level of customer service was truly abysmal. First and last time I deal with these amateurs

wrong colour and wrong size delivery, 25 Jun. 2018

I bought the shoes because it is said they are made in UK. As expected, the delivery is fast. The leather of the shoes is soft, which is comfortable for baby's feet. However, the pair of the shoes come into the wrong colour. Not like the lovely light blue in the picture, but it turns out to be dark blue or black, while the soles are white. I do not the dark colour and I do not want to put them on my baby's feet especially in summer, since it absorbs a lot of heat. It also looks ugly on my baby's feet. Also the size is wrong. I order 6-12 month. But I got 12-18 month. I want to change them into the light blue or the white ones, which should be much better, and also the smaller size, or maybe return them.

Gorgeous little pram / pre walker shoes. Lovely soft leather. Newly tottering bubba is very happy in them. So much so, I've bought two sizes.
