After extensive research I decided to purchase the baby jogger city mini double GT. The first one I received had a faulty handle. I would fix it into position and then handle would move to a lower setting while pushing. Fault was evident from first use. Overall took it out 4 times and the problem got progressively worse. Contacted Amazon and sought a replacement. Amazon was brilliant and replacement arrived in days. However the replacement turned out ALSO to be faulty, but this time not one but TWO issues. 1. faulty handle - same problem and 2. Parking break did not work. I locked on the parking break on a slight incline only to watch the stroller roll away!! I contacted Baby jogger directly to see if there was a faulty batch of pushchairs. The customer service representative was despondent and very unhelpful. She offered to replace the handle. This to me was unacceptable after spending that amount of money on the product ( this I could accept after years of use but not from the get...
