The Magic Sleepsuit is an innovative baby sleepwear product that helps transition babies from the swaddle by providing them with a cozy and secure feeling, and muffling their reflexive startles to aid in their sleep. The Magic Sleepsuit was created by a mother of four who is a pediatric physical therapist to improve the quality and duration of her babies' sleep. The patent pending Magic Sleepsuit is designed for back sleeping in the crib, and replaces loose bedding while providing your baby with a cozy, calming and safe sleep environment that will become a consistent part of their sleep routine. The Magic Sleepsuit has a soft, comfy microfleece outer layer and breathable cotton inner layer with a layer of poly-fil in between for just enough comfort. The Magic Sleepsuit is designed to be introduced at approximately three months of age and helps the transition into the crib without the need for parental intervention (holding, nursing, rocking, etc.). The Magic Sleepsuit provides babies with the comfort they need by muffling those twitches and startle-type movements that can wake them prematurely, and by keeping them cozy and secure making it easier to go to sleep on their own or fall back asleep if woken. The Magic Sleepsuit is designed to aid the baby's sleep patterns, but also gives the parents and/or caregivers peace of mind that their baby is getting adequate rest necessary for appropriate growth and development. It is recommended that babies transition out of the Magic Sleepsuit by approximately 9 months of age, the age when babies are sitting, crawling and starting to pull to standing independently. This is also an age when good sleep patterns should be established. The Magic Sleepsuit is designed to be used in the crib for back sleeping only, the recommended position for sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS. The Magic Sleepsuit helps eliminate the need for blankets and other loose bedding, which is consistent with many recommendations to prevent SIDS.
