BabyDam Bathwater Barrier | Baby Bath Tub | White/Grey
Busy parents with newborns or toddlers know how important it is to save time where they can and every parent knows the value of even a few minutes saved in a busy schedule.
BabyDam will enable you to create a baby bath in your family bath filled with water and ready for use in moments. So why waste time filling the whole bath for your baby when half or less will do?
The smallest standard family bath requires around 56 litres of water to create a useable depth in which to bath a baby.
Using BabyDam in this type of bath fitted at approximately halfway would save, in this instance, 28 litres of water per bath. BabyDam can be placed at any point to create the required useable bathing space.
Using the figures above a BabyDam being used once every day for a year would, therefore, saves 10,220 litres of water per child and a BabyDam being used for up to two and a half years would save an impressive 25,550 litres of water per child.
808,000 births take place on average each year and this number is still growing. BabyDam could potentially save over 8 BILLION litres of water across the UK each year. Astonishingly this is enough water to fill 3,250 Olympic sized swimming pools. Imagine the overwhelming saving over 10 years.
The Government's water strategy for England, outlines a vision for the average person to reduce the water they use by 20 litres per day. BabyDam will help achieve this.
Energy & Money. Heating water in our homes accounts for 25% of all energy usage, Using BabyDam to bath your baby will make a genuine reduction to every parent's household heating bill and collectively can make a substantial contribution to the nation's energy saving requirement.
BabyDam Bathwater Barrier will pay for itself over and over during its lifetime.

Got this bathwater barrier for my son, he is almost 7 and sitting perfect. Before I was always taking bath with him and just decided he need to try it by himself. Previously (when my son was a baby) tried using separate bathtub for babies, it was ok, but the bathtub was taking a lot of space to keep it so when could wash him in bath my previous baby bath gave away. This bathwater barrier was easy to install and use, you can make size as you want - to leave more space or less for bathing. Its amazing, because I will be able to use it for long time when my son will be growing. After using bathwater barrier it is not difficult just to take it away. I am saving money for the water too, because I do not have to fill in full bath now. Highly recommended, specially with little children.

What a wonderful idea! I bought this for my sister-in-law who was after an easier way to bathe her son in the family bathroom. This unit basically acts like a dam - it holds water in a proportion of the bath, depending upon where you place it. It saves her having to waste a lot of water by filling up the whole tab tub for one very small human being! It creates a better space for her to wash him, and I think it's less frightening for him to be bathed as the water is in a far smaller area - He certainly appears to enjoy his bath time a little more than before! What I really like about it is that she'll be able to use it for him for a long time to come - because as he grows, she'll simply move the dam further up the bath to create a bigger space for him to bathe in. A simple yet effective idea!
I bought this babydam at a discount in return for an honest review – but I genuinely don’t leave good product reviews unless a product really deserves it, and I have still...
