Worst item I have ever bought, flimsy not secure, poor fittings if you put this item on the top of your stairs this would put your little one in danger. Avoid this item as it not as discrided. Review will not let me review item as zero star so I have put one star but this item is actual zero. VERY POOR ITEM ONLY GOOD FOR SCRAP

Excellent item, the installation process was easy and it fits perfectly in our house. When installed properly, it holds strongly and definitely difficult or almost impossible for move it. The locking mechanism is also good, so far the gate works perfectly, ensuring our son will not fall down the stairs.
