Agree with comments of Ms Attracta Daly posted on 20 May 2013. This is an oversight in the product information; and disappointing to see that this hasn't been put right nearly 18 months later.The product itself merits 5* if it works (which it does for us) but only 4 stars given due to lack of proper product info.To help other potential buyers, the product is perfect for our doors which are 35mm thick. However doors that are much thinner or thicker might be a problem. Although I can't test it, an inspection of the product suggests that these would work with door widths in the range 32mm to 40mm; but probably not outside that range.

With 3 children and fire doors we have tried about four different brands of door jammers/slam protectors over the years.These BabyDan ones are the most sturdy and do the best job we have found. They get a lot of wear in our house and each one lasts about 10 months before dropping down with a deafening door slam and you remember why you had one in the first place. We repeat buy this product because it does exactly what it says it will.Highly recommended product.
