Made to fit the BABYWAY TRAVEL COT 120cm X 60cm Travel cot not included!! Mattress is 2.5 cm deep. Mattress folds away to a quarter of its size & has its own protective carry bag. Ideal for popping into cars, taking on planes etc. The mattress is made using CMHR 25 density hypo-allergenic foam and is covered with Cool-Plus fabric. The edges are luxuriously and decoratively bound for extra durability (please note edging design may slightly vary from one shown). The mattress is air permeable and is ideal for placing your baby in the "feet to foot" position. The mattress can be used from birth. The luxurious Cool-Plus cover is easily removed for washing at 60 degrees by means of a zip which is the full length of one side of the mattress. The mattress complies with the rigorous requirements of BS 1877 Part 10 for safety and performance and BS 7177 for flammability. Washing instructions for the mattress cover: For fabric coverings we recommend hand wash with a mild non-biological detergent (60 degrees) Rinse thoroughly, pull to shape while damp and leave to dry naturally. We recommend that the cover be left to dry naturally but if using a tumble dryer is necessary please only COOL TUMBLE DRY as the zips are plastic and could melt. We do not recommend that mattress covers be ironed. Do not immerse the foam into water. For minor soils, spot clean with a mild solution of warm water & non-biological detergent.

When the mattress arrived, I initially thought that I had been sent the wrong product, as there was no 'Babyway' branding anywhere on the packaging, instead it was branded 'direct2mum'. The mattress size was also 120cm x 60cm. Fortunately, the mattress does indeed fit the 119cm x 59cm advertised - however the edging around the mattress is a little squashed into the sides around the travel cot.
I bought the mattress to accompany the Babyway Luxury Mimas Travel Cot. As stated, it does fit, however I have been slightly disappointed by the mattress overall. Firstly, the mattress already seems to be sagging where my baby sleeps - as he is five months old, I am concerned that the heavier he gets, the more he will sink into the foam. (I would note that we have only had the mattress for less than one month, and it has been used for perhaps three weeks in total).
