The vest arrived within the stated delivery time. The material is noce and thick and good cotton blend. However the only issue i had with this product that it is smaller than I expected. I ordered this as part of my babies first Halloween costume and and she normally fits into a 6-9 months clothing, so I ordered a 6-12 months but the fit is more for 3-6 months. I would defiantly get a size or two larger than the guide size.

Soft but Sizing is Off, 2 Nov. 2017
Purchased this for my 2 month old in 0-3 month size. Length only just fits her, and the neckline is very wide/ low as other reviewers say (sits about 1.5in lower on her chest than her usual body suits). It’s a shame because the fabric is very soft and good quality.
