Two highly absorbent bamboo charcoal inserts. The inserts fit inside nappies to increase absorbency. Each insert is made of 5 layers, 2 outer layers of bamboo charcoal fiber and 3 inner layers of highly absorbent microfiber. Bamboo charcoal is naturally anti-bacterial, thermal regulating, does not generate static and doesn't hold odours. Bamboo has a luxurious feel, is slimmer and more absorbent than cotton. Microfiber is an extremely absorbent fabric, dries quickly and gets more absorbent with use.

Has only been used a few times but wanted to use them to boost my thin Mothercare smart nappies and eventually when they're at full absorbency to be used at nighttime. So far, they work well with the Smart nappies. I have not had any leaks. They are pretty thick and soft, better than the Little Bloom microfibre ones that I also purchased.

Goog product for this money. Soft and thick and perfect for nighttime. Very absorbent, though became more absorbent after few washes. I also love it's grey, which make so much sense for concealing stains. No 1 booster in my house.

What a discovery.......any parent using real nappies needs to ensure they have these for night-time. They absorb all wetness and baby doesn't wake up during the night. Not had a wet vest or sleepsuit yet! BRILLIANT PRODUCT.
