How many inserts do I need?
Newborn to 4 months: 20-24 inserts
4 to 10 months: 16-20 inserts
10 months to clean: 16 inserts

After just a few washes already the seems are coming apart plus not as absorbent as other charcoal inserts I've used (Tiny Nippers - sadly no longer trading)
