This mattress turned up rolled up and packaged appropriately, there was a slight smell within packaging but a days airing out and the mattress is fine also it moulded itself flat rather quickly once unpacked.

It has a cover that can be unzipped an taken off which I assumed was to be washed but had to check item as there's no instruction or tag that mentions what temperature etc. So I have updated this review as it says on item description it's washable but nothing else. Basic Dreamer 15cm Reflex - Kids Single Foam Mattress, 25 May 2012
This is a fantastic product, great for a high sleeper bed that is limited to a certain size as mine is. It is really soft and just hugs you in bed, after trying this for a few nights I could never go back to a spring type mattress. What more can I say apart from you would crazy not to go for this product.5* seller and 5* product

Happy with product and excellent delivery., 3 Mar. 2014
Very happy with this mattress. Bought for my daughters bed but I did try it out one night and I slept well so I am hoping she will too. Delivery was very quick. The mattress does have a smell when you first open it but I left mine for couple of days with no sheets on and the window open to air it out. I would recommend this product.
