I am a UK size 14 top and size 16 bottom and bought the 14-16 size. As expected, the top was slightly loose and the bottom slightly tight but that's fine. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the dress is a bit 'body con'. Haven't tested out the nursing feature but it should work fine in theory!

Nice nursing dress/top. Fit is short and tight. I'm I only 5"1 and it's very very short, will wear with leggings. I'm a standard size ten but would advise ordering a size bigger than you are. It's very much a body-con fit. Great nursing access, very good value.
