This is absolutely gorgeous! Really elegant and holds securely in thick hair. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I ordered the multi-coloured one (as shown in the photo above) and it arrived in black! Read what you're buying beforehand, as they have mixed up the labels on the black and multi-coloured clips unfortunately! It still looks very glamorous and feels great.(17/09/2015 - a coloured clip was very kindly sent out to be, after having obviously read my comment and it's so beautiful!)

A beautiful hair claw which is well made with a strong hinged mechanism. It is of course heavier than plastic equivalents but you'd expect that -I don't even notice to be honest, once I'm wearing it! It really is very pretty and I intend to collect some in different colours. For a large amount of hair (or a long length folded over) it's not quite big enough but for those with, say, shoulder length hair, it's perfect. Very happy!
