While I'm not a huge fan of this product, it does heat up wax and keep it warm. I own a large Gigi wax warmer where you put in a large pot of wax, but I wanted this to bring with me for traveling. It doesn't warm up the wax as well as my normal warmer, and it leaves the wax thick and difficult to spread. However, what is nice with this product is that there is no mess.I wish it heated up to higher temperature and it came with better wax. Until then, I will get microwavable wax for my travels and hope that there will be a microwave handy.
