Great design but undurable, 21 Mar. 2013

These look and feel great. They're a funky but very practical design one of the best I've come across in terms of size, practical and ease of use for your child. I love that depending on the colour you get they're also gender neutral and don't have some commercial character printed on them. They feel sturdy too. Unfortunately both the plate and bowl split within 8 weeks of receiving them. I was also dissappointed that when I contacted the company to provide feedback I didn't get a response.

No more broken china., 26 Aug. 2014

I don't have the patience to wash oil and tomato from plastic and our was tired of seeing our expensive china breaking with every meal. BecoThings feeding set is something we use everyday. I have had them (in green and beige) for a year now. We use them for our son (1 year and 8 months old) and they are in perfect condition. I have had them in the dishwasher (upper rack) without any problem and our son has thrown then from the table many (read many many many) times and there is not even a crack. There is a rough feeling to the surface but I don't find it unpleasant. The plate and bowl have raised edges which keeps the food in the plate when our son is trying to scoop it with his spoon. The one thing I found unnecessary was the curve in the glass. Maybe it is a design thing. It doesn't get in the way, just thought it was unnecessary.

Our son is at an age where he wants to use adults cutlery and crockery. We use these to serve fruit or snack when it is not a family time. I...

Kids size plate and bowl with cup which is sco friendly. Slight staining after food with turmeric was in it and not easy to clean off. I like the design and the kids seem to find it easy to use. Its a good set all in all.
