Highly recommend this band for any large breasted women, especially those in the menopause, who are having night sweats as this handy little band ensures that any excess liquid is kept within the band and no sweat rash ensues.Dien't use this throughout the day but would expect similar findings.Down side?Needs washing daily and cannot be tumble dried so at the moment this isn't an issue but come winter......
