The item received was not the item pictured. I was sent a cheap copy branded as banbet, not benbat. The item was poorly made and not suitable for use by children. Returned for a refund.

Rubbish! I thought this world be a great product, but all the stuffing in the head/pillow section means my baby's head in pushed more into a forward flop. Also the magnet that hold the feet bit under the chin is too weak and pops open. Thus product make a forward flopping head much worse and creates more of a problem. I have even unpicked some stitches and removed a load of stuffing and it didn't help, and sewed some ribbon on to tie a bow and help the magnets out, this didn't help either. This is now a general car toy for my child to cuddle. It has been a very disappointing product!

Our 3 year old needed this for a night time journey to London and it was great! He slept very well with it and it was a life saver. It did only just fit and he grew out of it soon after (but it does say only up to 4 year old size and ours is quite big for his age) but I'll definitely be buying one in a bigger size now!
