We bought 2 of these for our twins. They spent some time in Scubu as they were preemies and needed some support. When that wonderful day arrived that we could take them home we were so worried as they looked unsafe and uncomfortable in their car seats. They were the top end of 4lb at this point. We heard that we could get some inserts, ordered them and have never looked back. They are 6lb 15 and 6lb 5oz now and are still more comfortable with the inserts in the car seats. They are lovely and supported and look very snug in them. I highly recommend these. Great product!

Babies grow out of it within two weeks, 15 Sept. 2014
If your baby is tiny tiny tiny ...it may work for a while..but even with our small baby (3kg) it became too small v quickly as the ridge at the top limits the head space. Terrible design and quite expensive for 2 weeks use!
