Tastes lovely and nutty on salad., 13 Jan. 2016
I put some on my salad (the 1st time ive had hemp seed oil) its delish. I put some on my face. Not too sure its helping (I'm spot prone). It arrived really well packaged and quickly. I enjoy the taste on my salad so looking forward to see some health benefits. Its early days for me yet but ive been suffering from tummy issues so hope this will knock it on the head.

I recently switched to hemp oil for cooking, a great product. Lovely full nutty flavour and makes delicious roast potatoes!

Not keen on the taste. Seems to go a bit stale quite quickly
