I purchased this changing bag last year about Dec.last week had the bag hanging over the handle of the pram.it was raining from the heavens everything in the bag was socking and my daughters red folder which contains every big of info weight,hospital app and a whole lot more.had to throw everything out.the bag is suppose to be waterproof.I'm a good Amazon costumer I would like an explanation.Maureen Paton.
