My baby laughs when I use this. She thinks it's funny. Put it together and on the bottom there is a flat circle press up on that. Like you're pushing all the air out and then use in nose. when you release you're finger. It sucks the snot. Don't next to nose and then press. As you'll just be pushing air up your baby's nose. You probably know that but just incase. I thought I'd tell people because it doesn't come with instructions. It does work but you have to use it a few times on each nostril to get the snot out.
