Perfect! Don't bother with any other bottles!, 7 April 2013

Tried a number of bottles when trying to wean baby from breastfeeding. He hated all of them and we found that a lot of those claiming to be anti-colic were creating the most colic. Horrid. But, after rejecting bottles outright and then having an awful time we found Born Free. Fabulous! No colic, and baby took to the tear immediately! Even more perfect because they're glass and we prefer glass to plastic!Very thick and good quality to doesn't break easily. Excellent product!

Really good for home use (bit heavy for travel) - heat or cool contents in bottle quick and responsive.Teats aren't very good, so I use MAM teats which work well with anti-colic system (MAM teats are the best, but their anti-colic bottles begin to leak).Be aware to cool bottles gradually to avoid cracking - takes a lot though to make this happen ie. just boiled water in bottle directly under ice cold running water.

These bottles are just the right size for my newborn who drinks 120 ml every 3 hrs. The additional silicone sleeve for a better grip is a welcome change from previous versions. The updated form of the piece used for closing the bottle when shaking the milk, however, gets somewhat stuck inside the top cover and it takes a bit of an effort to take it out and screw on the top. The powdered milk also gets stuck to this piece that now has more surface and doesnt mix well with water, which is quite annoying especially when trying to shake it fast to feed the hungry and crying baby. Overall, a solid product, though.
