Great item if you've got the right breast pump. I made the mistake thinking it would fit the one I have, but I got a quick response and was able to return the item without a problem and also got a full refund too. It came very quickly too, I ordered it on the Friday morning and it came in the post Saturday morning was shocked by the speediness of it arriving.

The adaptor does not properly fit Philips Avent bottles. The Opening is roughly the correct size, but the threads are incompatible.It fits enough to go onto the bottle, but does not hold it properly let alone seal.
