for the money its fine. bought it for an average size 12 yr old to go to a ball in a size 13! had to take the trousers and jacket sleeves up. shirt and waist coat fitted fine. he chose a different tie as it was not to his liking and was elasticated. it may well fit him for 2 or 3 more years as long as i let down the trousers and sleeves. good value.

The fabric is not the best but hey its a cheap suit, 18 Mar. 2015

Mixed reviews on this product is because it really depends on where you are coming from in buying it. My 12 year old is on the small side for his age especially in height so the trousers may need taking up a tad. The fabric is not the best but hey its a cheap suit. I need it for the summer so actually its light weight so for boys its ideal for not over heating. The shirt was ok and even the elastic tie was a nice colour. The shoulder pads are a bit ott but my son very happy he looks more manly in it. The turn up on the trousers are not like a clown as I had read in one review and are no more than 3/4 inch. The elastic waistband is only at the back and to be honest with boy being so many shapes and sizes this format is probably best plus it gives some food room!

Boys black 5 piece suit, 22 Jan. 2011

Just bought this suit for my 7 yr old son who will be making his First Holy Communion in a few weeks time . The suit is fantastic and he loved it as soon as he tried it on. The shirt could be better quality but for the price its OK. I will probably get him another one as I thought the collar and cuffs look cheap!The suit is a perfect fit and that was based on the measurements guide. So am on very pleased customer!!
