This is an abdominal binder that can be used by pregnant woman as well as woman recovering from a hysterectomy or lower back pain (and other similar conditions). Included in the packaging were step by step instructions.

I suffer from lower back pain ocassionally and tried this out to see if it would help. I found it comfortable to wear and it didn't bother me while I was walking or standing. Sitting down it was a bit uncomfortable as it slides when you sit. The construction of this is great especially if you are pregnant as you can adjust it to fit across the lower bottom of your belly. It will help support you and take pressure of your back. It is ideal support for during-pregnancy and post-pregnancy pelvis posture correction and body slimming purposes.

I am a regular UK dress size 18/20 and this fits up to a regular size...

I bought this for my daughter who was suffering with pelvic and back pain.It was brilliant , she is able to walk around again as the pain was so bad she had to lie down most of the time. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

good for hip/back pain, 14 Jun. 2014

Not pregnant but I bought this to try and ease sacro-illiac hip and back pain and it has reduced it a lot. I wear it quite tight which helps with the posture and pain.
