All purpose, efficient and best value for money!, 8 July 2015
This replaced my trusted and well used Phillips epilator which was nearly 20 years old. I had read the reviews (the best site being epilatorcentral.com) and decided to get an upgrade. I use this on my legs and underarms - it works beautifully on 2mm long hairs (as good as a razor!). As it has 40 tweezers it is fast and relatively painless. It is so gentle that the user guide allows for use on the face, although I have not tried that yet. It is nearly half the price of many other epilators which (I feel) have alot of unnecessary add ons). This is probably the best all purpose epilator you could buy.

pain free solution for hair removal!!!, 5 Aug. 2015
The epilator shape is very easy to hold and use. The speed is perfect to remove hairs in fast strokes. The noise level is not annoying so it can be used even in odd hours. After using it, it took almost more than 2 weeks since I got few hairs here and there but then I have high level of growth so cannot remain hair free for long. If you have less hair growth, you can remain hair free for almost 4 weeks. The pain is almost like pinch of fine needle so you just need bit of tolerance nothing horrible like you can read in some reviews! Overall very good product.

A really good epilator., 11 July 2014
It arrived promptly and I am very pleased with my purchase after using my Phillips one for about 5 years which was showing its age. The braun silk-a epil is really good and glides very smoothly.
