5 Star Epilator - 5 Star Facial Cleanser, 1 April 2015

I will start by saying I really like this, I suffer from heavy facial hair for a female due to an illness and I am always on the look out for the perfect solution. This is handy, very portable and very quick to set up and use.

This is an "all-in-one" kit for on the move, so it comes with mirror and bag. It also comes with a AA Battery and although I have been using this for 3-5 minuters ever day for nearly a month to clean my face, the battery is still going strong. You can reduce the cost by inserting a recharable battery.

First off - Epilator. There are 10 small rotating tweezer pairs at any one go and this means it will pick up the smallest of hairs in the most difficult of places. The Epilator can be used about the eyebrow, lower cheeks, around the chin and neck. I had to do this a couple of times in the first week to get rid of all my hair and a month later it is just starting to grow back.

This little gem is ideal for use when your next facial is still weeks away and you have the annoying fuzzies back too soon. It is a tiny version of the epilators you'd use on your legs, and although you can't do underneath your eyebrow for a complete shape, with this you can sort out the encroaching unibrow, tash and chin hairs. There are two heads with this, one is the epilator head and the other a facial brush which gives excellent results. To use switch on and turn to epilate against the direction of hair growth. Flip the switch the other way to reverse the rotation direction for ease of angle. Click the epilator out and replace with the brush head for simple, soft facial cleansing. The Braun Face SE80 Replacement Cleansing Brushes 2 Pack are disposable but seem to last well and at £11 for two aren't going to break my beauty bank.

Does nothing, waste of money, regret buying it .Not powerfull enough !, 9 Jun. 2015

I was considering purchasing Braun series 9 or this small set.

As I already own Braun Series 7 and also 5 + few other full size epilators I thought that it would be pointless to buy another new standard size epilator.

I had such a high hopes for this cute thing. Unfortunately this purchase was a big disappointment.

This device is totally useless, does not pull hair at all- Unless the hair you are looking to pull out are as long as your eyebrows hair.

Believe me I have 15 years of experience of using epilators including Braun and Phillips .

Because the device is battery operated it seems like it has not enough power to make a facial brush to preform well either. Not strong enough to feel any effect of exfoliation or cleanse.

At the end everything becomes messy.

I purchased Energizer Ultimate batteries especially for it and I saw no improvement in quality on how device works.

The only thing I like is the Mirror with light -But I would not...
