A really nice set in a zip up bag to keep your skin and facial hair under control. The base unit takes an AA battery (supplied) and is used for both the facial brush head and the epilating "wand". The set comes in a nice waterproof zipped case with a little brush for cleaning the epilator whose base also acts as a "key" to open the base of the wand to change the batteries ( although a coin would also work if the tiny brush gets misplaced). I think that the facial brush is very good at cleansing the skin, tingly and refreshing and a small enough size to have good control in getting into more difficult areas such as the side of the nose . However, my daughter who uses a Clarasonic brush which is eye wateringly expensive was not impressed. A second brush is provided so the set will have longevity before spares are needed to be bought.
The epilator is a rotating strip that you can brush along your chin, upper lip or eyebrows. I have to say I approached using it...

I already have the original 'basic' version of this facial epilator which is in regular use but I also chose this to carry with me when traveling due to its compact travel bag.
This is an exceptionally well-designed facial epilator which works very effectively in removing the shortest and finest hairs with the minimal amount of pain. There is no pain or tugging but just a slight pinprick sensation and the unwanted hairs are plucked out. After a few uses, I grew accustomed to this and it is barely noticeable now - but the results are very visible with hair-free skin in a matter of minutes.
The facial epilation is gentle and does not have the aggressive sensation of 'yanking hair out' which you get from more general body-hair epilators which are not intended for facial use. This is pleasant and very comfortable to use, has a simple switch to adjust the epilation direction and it doesn't have a bright, blinding, LED light producing spots in front of the user's...

This is a very effective Face Spa – a combination cleansing brush and mini epilator for the face. I have had epilators before and you normally have to buy a facial attachment, so this is a nice device which removes the finest hairs and also helps remove any traces of base makeup. This comes with a facial epilator, cleansing brush (plus a spare), a battery and a travel bag.
To get started you first need to insert the battery in the epilator – just remove the bottom with a coin and then you can tighten it again the same way. The epilator itself is, like all epilators, a little painful. My own hair is very light and so I will not use this often, but it is great for eyebrows and if you have any hair on your upper lip, etc. You can use it on the chin, upper lip, forehead and eyebrows with no problem. The epilator reverses, which is great if you are left-handed, or just want to change the direction of the epilator.
