A note about part numbers: According to Braun's representatives, these covers can go by the part numbers LF20/LF40 or PC20/PC40. They are the same items. LF = Lens Filter and PC = Protective Cover. The number designates the number in the pack. There's not much more to say - they keep the thermometer probe clean and avoid cross-contamination.

Quite fair price. Nice packaging and very fast dispatch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with Braun ear thermometer.

I paid for 80 covers and received 80 covers, 17 Jun. 2013
Some people have an issue that the box these little widgets come in isn't the same as the box in the photo. Quite frankly I couldn't care less if it arrived in a pink envelope so long as the 80 covers are indeed 80 covers (which they are). I see no problem with receving the 4 packs of 20 as it is because they're going to sit in my cupboard until needed, not be on display.The covers themselves do exactly what they need to do, cover the business end of a tympanic thermometer to keep it clean and reading correctly.
