If you rely on this product as much as I do, then consider having your septum realigned or having your turbinates trimmed, both available on the NHS. Do research of course. Regarding the product - I have quiet a small nasal passages, and these large strips work better for me than the others, even those the size of my nose is quiet small too. I suspect you're just 'lifting' more of the passages open, the larger the strip, the more strength it has. And my point about the material - the "original tan" is still the better material and gives longer lasting stick than any of the other versions of this brand, I have tried all, however attractive a clear strip, it just isn't as thick and strong as the fabric-like material "original tan" uses.

Relived to find this product actually works. We have purchased cheaper strips in the past but they don't stick at all & then the snoring starts again. Breathe Right strips are by far the best on the market, will stay firmly on the nose all night Highly recommend
